Terms of Service

By using MogRate (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. 18+ only

You must be at least 18 years old. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18, or of anyone without their permission.

2. Entertainment only

Scores, tiers, metrics and edits are automated approximations from a single 2D photo, provided for entertainment. They are not medical, cosmetic, surgical, psychological or any other professional advice, and say nothing about your worth. If appearance concerns affect your wellbeing, talk to a qualified professional.

3. Purchases

• Face report: US$3.99 one-time (launch price; regular price US$8.99), unlocks the full report for the photo you analyzed.
• Face editor: US$7.99/month (launch price; regular price US$14.99/month), renews automatically until cancelled. Includes unlimited in-browser edits and up to 10 AI edits per calendar month; unused AI edits don't roll over.
• Launch pricing applies to purchases and subscriptions started on or before October 31, 2026 (Mexico City time). After that, regular prices apply to new purchases and subscriptions. Subscriptions started at the launch price keep that price while they remain active.
• An email address is required to purchase. We use it to deliver your purchase, for support and for MogRate updates.
• Payments are processed by PayPal (and Stripe when available). Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund requests: email looksmaxx@waldorfagency.com.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to your photos. You must have the right to use any photo you upload. Don't use the Service to harass, shame or impersonate anyone, or to create sexual, deceptive or illegal content.

5. AI edits

AI-generated images may be inaccurate or unrealistic and are not a prediction of results from any procedure.

6. No warranty; liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
