Short version: your face stays on your device unless you ask for an AI edit, and we never sell your data.
Photos
- Face rating and slider edits run 100% in your browser. Your photo is not uploaded to our servers. Face landmarks and scores are computed on your device.
- AI edits (subscribers only): when you tap an AI edit, that image is sent to our server and forwarded to our AI provider, fal.ai, to generate the result. We don't store it; it's processed transiently. fal.ai processes it under its own terms and may keep the generated output temporarily to deliver it to you.
Payments & email
Payments are handled by PayPal (and Stripe when available). We never see your full card number. We ask for your email before checkout and store it with the time, the step where you entered it and whether you purchased, to deliver your purchase, for support and to send MogRate updates (you can unsubscribe anytime). We receive a PayPal order or subscription ID and subscription status.
What we store
- Your email, purchase/subscription status, PayPal/Stripe IDs and your monthly AI-edit count.
- Cookies strictly needed to keep you logged in and remember purchases, plus your 18+ confirmation and language choice in your browser.
Age
The Service is for adults 18+. We don't knowingly process data of minors; if you believe a minor used it, contact us.
Your rights
You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time at looksmaxx@waldorfagency.com. Cancel your subscription anytime in your PayPal account (Settings → Payments → Automatic payments) or by emailing us.
